Coarse-grained simulations of the BM2 proton channel from Influenza B

Research

My research is focussed on the use of MD simulation to explore the influence of experimental conditions used in e.g. solution NMR spectroscopy on protein properties. My current work is primarily focussed on protein-detergent complexes of the M2 proton channel from influenza B virus.

My research is funded by the BBSRC.
